The three-year direction, this week's plan.

Simple Goals connects your long-term goals to what you actually do: one direction, broken down into years, quarters, then months — all the way to this week's todos. A calm notebook, not another dashboard.

A quarter goal in Simple Goals, “Launch the new offer”, showing the annual goal and the long-term goal it serves, then its monthly milestones and the todos grouped by week underneath.

The method

From direction to done, losing nothing on the way.

  1. Long term

Where you want to be in two or three years. A few big goals, not a wall of sticky notes.

  2. Year

The milestones that make the direction measurable.

  3. Quarter

Two or three goals per category. No more.

  4. Month

The control room: concrete milestones you can tick, each tied to its goal.

  5. Week

Todos that move from week to week — and never get lost.

The quarter view: the Work category, the long-term goal “A studio that pays five people well” set for 2029, the 2026 annual goal beneath it at 65 per cent, and two quarter goals with their progress and hours.
Every level carries the one above it. A todo on Monday can name the three-year goal it serves.

Day to day

Three habits, one notebook.

01

One page to open

The Month view gathers goals, todos and rituals. You know where you stand in ten seconds, and every todo knows why it exists.

02

Rituals that stick

Running three times a week, a movie night once a month: dots to tick, visible progress, zero guilt.

03

A retro that closes the loop

Every past week and quarter keeps its traces: done, carried forward, learned. That is where the direction gets adjusted.

The beta is open — by invitation.

Every account starts with a code. If you got one, two minutes is all it takes: username, password, and your first Month page is waiting.
